The registration fee includes:

  • registration fee for the II International Conference on Interventional Pain Medicine & Neuromodulation, Sopot, 12th May 2012
  • the conference dinner, Sopot, 12th May 2012
 
Please note that the number of places is limited and we cannot guarantee a place without payment of the registration fee.

In the case of cancellation before 1st of April 2012 50% of the course fee will be refunded. After that date no refund will be possible.
